Hello, Snowflakes! Who loves cutting out snowflakes, making sparkly snowflake decor, and seeing all that sparkly white stuff? This post is to share some snowflake theme ideas for January you can use in your classroom.
Snowflake Bulletin Board
This idea as well as the polar bear/snowflake bulletin board comes from Butterfly Jungle. She actually drew the polar bear herself! I also like drawing, but if you don't feel confident with drawing, an easy trick is to project a black and white graphic of what you want onto white bulletin board paper and trace it! (wink, wink). I recommend trying out Krista Wallden of Creative Clips for some great blk/white graphics of winter animals. (She's actually one of my favorite graphic artist for teacher resources and she's having a S A L E on all her winter graphics right now! )

I bet you have most of these supplies in a rubbermaid tub somewhere in your room if you're a primary grades teacher! Hooray for saving money!
January Sampler Spotlight
I am a TPT author, but there are a lot of great authors, and handful I also follow and purchase resources from to use for my Little Roo in homeschool curriculum. No, I don't have time to make everything for her! Ha! (I get that question a lot from friends who know I make curriculum.)
Here are some January Specific Resources for primary teachers I'd like to share with you to make your search & planning time E A S I E R!
