Well it's been a balmy 70 something degrees here in Georgia over the last couple of weeks, the most warm Christmas I can ever remember, but now...the North Wind is expected to be blowing soon and Jack Frost will be battling his way in- finally! With January comes the start of school again. My little Roo is thankfully excited to start school again! I hope your students are excited as well.
So how about some Frosty Fun? I love to tie as much learning as possible to a piece of great literature. As you are planning your January, here are some of my favorite winter books to read in the classroom (school or home). I recommend reading one per week this January and doing activities from each.
